We're hiring a Software Engineer for a position in Oulu or Vantaa, Finland
Cerenion Oy, the next-generation brain monitoring company, is looking for a software developer to join our R&D team either in Oulu or Vantaa. We offer a relaxed, innovative and friendly working environment with an opportunity to take part in bringing the next generation of brain monitoring software to the intensive care market.
You are a skilled software developer, who has experience from Python programming and some form of professional software development. You may have previous experience from working with medical software, but this is not required. Similarly, experience and/or interest in advanced signal processing, machine learning and artificial intelligence methods will be a plus for us. As part of our seasoned R&D team you will get an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in these areas.
Desirable skills and experience
A good command of Python programming, incl. NumPy
Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
Experience in professional software development
Working knowledge of at least some version control system
Seen as a benefit
Work experience on Python programming
Software industry experience, especially medical software development is highly appreciated
Reference: a person and/or GitHub contribution or similar
