We are happy to welcome Jon Unnérus to Cerenion’s Board of Directors. Lawyer by training, Jon has an in-depth understanding and vast experience from a broad range of business areas, with a particular focus on M&A transactions (listed and private companies), having been responsible for some of the most ground breaking deals in Finnish and Nordic M&A history. Jon has had a successful career of 30 year as an attorney at law, last as partner for nearly 20 years with Roschier, a leading law firm in the Nordics, where he headed the Private Equity practice. Previously, Jon worked with Castrén & Snellman, Nokia Corporation, Allen & Overy and Clyde & Co.

In addition to M&A and Private Equity, Jon focuses on overall legal risk management and corporate governance, having worked closely with the boards, management teams and investment committees of numerous global and Nordic listed and private corporations, PE houses, Institutional Investors, Family Offices and portfolio companies.
